Receive FREE Standard Shipping on all orders in Germany with DHL.

Most orders ship within two business days. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Period 2-3 business days.

Shipping cost in Europe is 13.99 Euro

Worldwide delivery cost is 19.99 Euro

UPS Delivery

To make it easier for you to receive your package, UPS will often deliver your package, to an available UPS Access Point near you, if the first attempt to your shipping address was unsuccessful. Access Points are business locations near your shipping address where the package will be held securely over seven days, until you are able to pick it up at your convenience. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, the package will be returned to our facility and a refund will be issued.

DHL Delivery

DHL will make 2 delivery attempts to your delivery address. If unsuccessful, your package will be delivered to a DHL service point. Your package will be stored there for 10 days. If the package is not picked up within 10 days, your package will be returned to our facility and a refund will be issued.

 

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however we understand if a product doesn’t work out and want to make the return. In case of return/exchange please contact us on the following email: info@zxc147cxz.com

Please note:

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 14 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:

– products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags;

– footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

– if the Product comes with a security tag this should be left on;

– lingerie and swimwear, is non- refundable or exchangeable.

– Sale items under 50% are non- refundable or exchangeable.

If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the Product(s) up to the full price of the Product(s).

Faulty Products

If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order reference.

In case of damaged item our store will refund the amount of purchased item plus shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
